8 oz. Shredded cooked chicken
1 tsp. Southwest chipoltle seasoning
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/4 c. Plain greek yogurt
2 tbsp. Fresh chopped cilantro
1 tsp. Lime juice
1 c. Fire roasted corn
1 c. Shredded cabbage
1 small jalapeno chopped
1 med. Avocado halved & smashed
4 tostado shells
1/2 c. Cherry tomatoes quartered
1/4 c. Crumbled cotija cheese or monterey jack cheese
In a bowl combine ckn, chipotle seasoning and salt. Toss to coat
2.) for corn slaw, in a med. Bowl stir together yogurt, cilantro, and the lime juice. Add corn, cabbage, and jalapeno. Mix well
3.) spread avocado on tostado shell. Top with ckn, the corn slaw, tomatoes, cheese, and additional cilantro leaves. Serve with lime wedges.😊😊 and enjoy!🙌

4 tostado shells - are not healthy, lard salt and starch...really unhealthy...
and 1/8 A TEASPON OF SALT IS OVER 310MG add the salt from the tostados and your talking about a whopping 700mgs of salt (that's not even counting whatever is in the chipolte and was used in seasoning the chicken)

That's a high blood pressure cholesterol causing recipe....

Sorry Dave while it looks Yummy it's very very far from healthy.

You could eat a
A 4 oz grilled Filet Mignon (unsalted) w/ grilled Onions and Olive Oil sauteed mushrooms
with
a baked potato with sour cream and salt free butter
quick steemed Brocolli florets with minced Garlic

You'd have a much more heart and brain healthier meal
(of course you shouldn't eat red meat more than 2 times a week)
