Moroccan tajine with chicken and green peas and artichoke.
Today I will share with you the Moroccan tajine recipe, which I cooked it for my lunch today, I made it with carrot 🥕, potatoes 🥔, green peas, artichoke, chicken, it come super delicious.
I started with the marinade of the chicken which I marinated it with turmeric + paprika +Black pepper + ginger powder + salt+ olives oil.
I cut the onion into slices and I put them under the chicken for not burn.
Spread the vegetables on tajine , and garnish it with little coriander + green chili + onion chopped + olives oil + little water.
Let’s all cook in slow heat.
Voila the tajine is ready!!! I eat it with french baguette 🥖 !
