Organize proofs: People who are delighted with the effects of xyz diets, public "with identity name and surname" testify!

Promise a refund if the success "is absent".

Psychology and Logic?

If money is offered - then there is no risk for the customer: Or they will lose weight or they will get the money back!

And hunting can begin.

Is this sheme not known to you?

Why does not the diet exist or why diet can not succeed?

I will try to explain on the example, a man ( name is Joe ) who has 20 kg more than he needs.

The food supply provides our body with energy for all body needs.

Let's say that is for ourer Joe in example, 3000 kcal/day.

If he enter 3090 kcal, 90 is more!

His brain order the cells to turn excess energy into supplies, fat ( for time when it should).

If it is enter always the same, it means about 10 grams (1 gr fat = 9 kcal), every day is fatter.

Joe decided to "go on a diet"!


How does our brain react to a new situation?

So far his brain had 3090 kcal every day?
Depending on the type of diet and Joe plans, this amount decreases, for example, to 2000 kcal - a radical turn.

Such a fall kcal is a shock to his brain.


Urgently needs to solve the situation!

How is the easiest - the fastest ?

The brain excludes the big energy consumers
(which are not essential to life functions) and these are muscles.

If the city is missing electroenergy, what will the smart mayor decide?

It will first turn off public lighting. Without it one can live normally.

Our Joe continues with "the diet".

The brain "knows" that the fat missing are fat and tries to preserve them.

Turns off the muscles again.

Metabolism is slows down and Joe is, all getting weaker.

His mind revolves around food and he only thinks when it will "diet" stop.

His body lost water ( in the first days ), muscles, fatty tissue and essential nutrients.

The fight continues because brain interpret "diet" as an attack on the body.

At one point when Joe's weight reaches desired level, Joe stops with "the diet".

It starts to eat "normal".

End Agony for His Mind!
Like in a war when a one battle is over. Consolidation follows, in own rows.*

The brain registers the new situation - biger is food intake and wants to prepare for the continuation of the war, if Joe, again, decides to go to the diet ...


Now he seeks protection for the future and creates fat faster than he has lost them.

(everybody knows already, the jo jo effect).


The problem has not been resolved but increased ( kg back ) and because it has lost enthusiasm.!


The second reason he did not succeed was - a man's psyche.


From the beginning of the diet, he knows it is " just temporary" and so behaves - #### he is waiting to pass (the diet)!

The third reason was that he shocked his body.


He did not give him time to get used to radical diet.

The brain again go in action - it excludes consumers, on the order of importance .

A man without muscle is weak! In a weak body - a weak spirit. The battle is lost..And?

Diet is History.

When it recovers, he can try again ...

Changes way of life!

  • Reducing the energy intake by about 500 kcal ( cca 20 % of the required kcal, individual approach)
  • Consuming food 4-5 times a day, smaller meals

What do you intend to achieve with this write up??? One good fact I believe is that everybody cannot just team up and starting pumping rubbish into the mind of people all in the name of money. It goes deeper than what you think?? there are some diet that are aint good for your system. You believing its a choice

Everyone is entitled to their opinion ...
If I think Donald Trump is not the best choice, that does not mean I'm a better US president ....
So also with the diet!
Many people think that "diet" is just a marketing trick and, does not permanently address the thickness problem.
