Hey folks @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Basil Leaves. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.

Basil leaves provides following health benefits:

Stress Management

Basil holds compounds like adaptogens. It is a compound that aids the body deal with body pressure and emotions. Basil consumption can help the body maintain its balance even under stress. Holy Basil helps reduce corticosterone levels and hormone levels in the body.

Anti-Aging Properties

These are made up of antioxidants. Damage to the brain and skin caused by free radicals may be a major influence on the feel and appearance of older people. Antioxidants in herbs will help reduce the properties of free radicals and prevent physical and mental support for oxidative stress.

Managing Epilepsy

I totally agree with you on the efficacy of Basil leaves.
I am quite aware of the "Anti aging" benefits.
