Hey folks @cryptokraze here with my new Blog about Food and Health awareness in which I will highlight the health benefits associated with Bulgur Wheat. We should add variety of foods in our diet because they have bio-active components in them that help in preventing many diseases and provide other health benefits.

Health Benefits of Bulgur Wheat

Bulgur wheat provides many important benefits such as:

Improves Digestion

The high level of nutrient fiber helps in body digestion process and help prevent certain diseases such as bloating, constipation, and inflammation. These fibers also increase the efficiency of the intestinal absorption and eliminating excess omega 6 fatty acids and improving cholesterol balance. Bulgur wheat is rich in dietary fiber compared to other common grains.

Aids Sleep

Due to the pronounced effect of magnesium on the production of certain unintentional neurotransmitters, the impressive magnesium content found in bulgur wheat crushed oatmeal makes it an excellent sleep medium. When your body releases this neurotransmitter, it calms the mind and calms the nervous system, helping to provide quiet, long sleep.

Diabetic Aid

Bulgur wheat, which has a more complex carbohydrate than refined cereals and monosaccharides, raises blood sugar levels. By optimizing the release of insulin, it can help prevent spikes and glycemic folds that may be harmful to diabetes.
