Ulog #156: Chicken Cajun + Kampung Egg Burger
This is a burger that I serve at my food truck called the - Cajun Chicken Burger.
It's a chicken patty burger that is made with mince chicken breast and thighs and marinated with cajun spices and carotino oil that gives it it's orangey hue. The end product of this gives a beautiful color as well as flavor to the patty.
It's normally served with a garlic and lime mayo that we make by ourselves and with some fresh iceberg lettuce.
However this one here in the picture is order by a customer that has made it her regular choice whenever she comes to the truck.
It's a cajun chicken burger with cheese and a fried egg on top. Look how gorgeous it is.
All of these goodness sandwiched between freshly baked wholemeal buns that is soft a fluffy yet with a good structure and texture to hold the burger together, giving a perfect mouthfeel with every bite.
