Ulog #34: Favourite Malaysian Breakfast
Nasi Lemak is a Malaysian favourite meal. You can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Although similar in its idea but different people cook them differently which affects how they taste.
Here's one that is done by a local Chinese coffee shop which they sell in the morning. Most takeaways of Nasi Lemak is packaged wrapped in a banana leaf or in a plastic wrapper with old newspaper around it.
This one is pretty unique as it follow neither and is package in a plastic container. Everyone seems to have their own spin on this not only in it's recipe but even the packaging.
The ingredients are the same and you get all the taste of what a Nasi Lemak suppose to be. What a great way to start the day.
Oh, this is a really adventurous breakfast. I usually have three boiled eggs with mayonnaise on bread and a glass of orange juice for breakfast.
