Every seven days you have one day to eat higher carbohydrates. This allows your body to NOT level out and return to fat burning mode.
If you were to simply stay on low carb and never cycle your body would simply adjust to preserve itself.
What did I choose for my “cheat” lunch???
Asian food of course!
Fresh Shrimp and Pork Rolls😋
Delicious calamari with spicy chili pepper sauce 😋
Steak 🥩 and Shrimp 🍤 hibachi with mushrooms and broccoli 🥦
It was hard to eat all of this as my appetite would not allow the large quantity of food.
Really delicious 😋 however I only wanted a few bites of rice 🍚

This was a really awesome meal and a treat to have the carbs for the day.
