Preserving Peppers~Quick Tip/Tutorial
I use my garden fresh sweet and hot peppers in so many things that I cook. I have gotten in the habit of freezing them and using as needed. These are "Sweet Peppers" In this vid I am showing you how to go about freezing them. I also reference the Ball Blue Book (Guide to Preserving) which has been very useful in a lot of kitchen tasks from canning to dehydrating to freezing. I hope someone out there will find this useful. It’s title is: Ball Blue Book guide to preserving. It comes from the company that makes Ball brand mason jars. :) Yes, it has good info and recipes too.
