Roasted pollock in vegetable sauce

  • 500 g of pollock fillet;

  • vegetable oil - for frying;
  • 2 small tomatoes;

Cooking



Wash the fish fillets, make sure that there are no bones in it, and cut them into small pieces. Each of them need to roll in flour and fry in a hot and greased pan. It takes about 7 minutes.

Then put coarsely chopped tomatoes and chopped green onions in the same pan (the more, the better). Salt, pepper and squeeze a clove of garlic to fish and vegetables. Stir and simmer for about 10 minutes. If you see that there is little liquid in the pan and the contents begin to burn, add a little water.

At the end of cooking, you can sprinkle all the grated cheese. This fish goes well with rice and pasta.
