Good food is good mood

I want to talk to them about food, I love food, the truth is that the phrase "Food is life" goes with me. Since I was little I always found it interesting to cook, to learn to make delicious dishes and to dislike many people with my meals, little by little I was learning to make food, the first thing as a good Venezuelan went to make an arepa. I continued learning not so much because they taught me, but because I always saw my mother cook or my grandmother and everything that was thrown to her for flavor asked what it was and what it was for.

After knowing how to cook my cousin worked in a Chinese restaurant, after about 5 times he told me that he works with him, after so many buts and excuses for the simple fact of not wanting to work.

That's where I really learned to cook, what is the art of cooking and how tired it can be to cook so many people and prepare so much food, maybe the most difficult thing is having to prepare a lot of food so that later it will be more easy to cook it, many will think that Chinese food is simple, it is only the famous "arroz chino" or "chop suey" but no, there are many more dishes that there one learns to cook, one has to learn to cut the chicken very well, meat, pork, fish, vegetables, mixtures and condiments, is a truly complex work but eventually one gets used to it.

Also one learns to cook not only dishes that are usually sold by a restaurant but the traditional dishes of them, which they eat and are not for sale, because yes, they prepared food very different from what they sell, much better certainly , I also learned a lot about their culture and those things. Thanks to that work of cook I improve a lot in the kitchen, I learned to cook the best of the typical food of my country and of another country.

From then on I have tried to innovate food, try new recipes, more tips that make me improve and try that everyone who tries my food is delighted. Nothing better than a good meal, "Belly full, happy heart".
