Our lunch today.... Nasi Lemak!

Nasi lemak is a Malay fragrant rice dish cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaf. Nasi lemak is usually accompanied by sambal, fried anchovies, slices of cucumber, fried or hard boiled egg, curry chicken, squids sambal, fried fish or Chicken Rendang. It is commonly found in Malaysia.
