We Cooked 5 Meals Today
This was only the first one.
Miso chicken ramen soup.
It was not the last.
The last was baked Chicken Cordon Blue.
The Cordon Blue cooking school turned my brother vegetarian.
But the chicken we made tonight might have turned him back.
It was that good.
With crypto in the toilet, we’re not eating out anymore.
So we cook.
And cook some more.
And it tastes so much better than resto-butter-salt-sugar = $80-$200 a meal.
Skip that.
Cooking is fun.
It takes all day.
But it makes us feel good.

Very smart to cook multiple meals at once! I never thought I'd say it but we got so tired of eating in restaurants when we were in transition between our old and new condo this past summer. The expense adds up really fast too. My Mom made an excellent beef stew while we were here. It was sort of like shepherd's pie only topped with dumplings instead of mashed potatoes.
