Green Leafy Vegetables, Our ULAM (VIAND) for Tonight

We want to eat a healthy meal tonight so we bought fresh green leafy vegetables from the neighborhood's garden. Ganas/Gay (Camote Leaves/Tops), Malunggay (Horseradish) and Alugbati (Malabar Spinach).

I cooked it as Vegetable soup, a Family's favorite.

A healthy meal. Rich in nutrients and is good for digestion. At Php15.00 (or $0.30) I got all these and I even left some for the nex day's meal. 😁
