3 Days Detox You Should Consider!

In case you want to regenerate your immune system, this kind of detox is a must.

Everyone do need a break, right?

Especially if you stuffed yourself with processed foods the previous week and now you feel like your mojo is lost.

When taking breaks like these you feel lighter and eventually your whole life quality is increased. That's why it always pays out to embrace the less is more concept.

Brain for example, needs a break in order so it can function properly the next day. The same applies to our organism, which we are constantly bombarding with stuff that shouldn't even be there. Keeping that in mind, the answer to why we need a break is obvious.

This is not a beginner kind of fast but it is not that advanced either. It is extremely beneficial if you decide to approach it gently inside & out. While restricting yourself, your body will as well burn fats and keep the muscles safe - considering it is only 72 hours long.

What Do You Need?

Grocery List:

  • 4 Lemons (preferably organic)
  • 4 Tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (or unrefined sea salt)

IMPORTANT: Nothing in form of liquid or solid foods should be consumed during the fast. Only thing that will be consumed is water mixed with salt & water mixed with lemon.

BEGINNER'S ADVICE: You can start the fast at 7 PM after your dinner. 72 hours later, the fast will finish at 7 PM.

Day 1

Emptying the bowel with salted water.

If your stool discharge is not regular (2-4 times daily), you are not cleaning your insides efficiently. Old pieces of feces can be stuck inside and therefore significantly impact the quality of your life. Not only you can and will get weight, the toxic waste in your colon will release toxins in your body over time and you'll feel bad.

Using salted water to empty the bowel is a natural, simple and cheap way to clean your colon.

Do it right after you wake up on empty stomach. Mix 2 Tsp of unrefined sea salt (or Himalayan pink salt) with 1 liter of warm water (preferably source water).

Drink everything even though it might be a tough cookie to swallow. Close the nose using your fingers if you feel like it.

Stay near the bathroom for the next 2-3 hours. What will happen afterwards is not the most romantic scene but it feels damn good to get rid of the waste in your body.

While taking a sh*t (:D), put your legs on higher ground (if possible) a small chair or something similar cause that way you'll open your colon better. The peristalsis will be facilitated.

After visiting the toilette, make sure to drink warm water with squeezed lemon or you cut a slice of it, put it in. In case the lemon is not organic make sure not to remove its skin.

Take a warm bath and read something good for your Soul. If you don't have a bath, take a shower at least (:D). Stay away from using any kind of chemicals from shampoos because that's what majority of human population is using. Good alternative is to use organic baking soda with apple vinegar instead of conditioner.

Visiting spa would be extremely good, as well - it would help you to take the toxins out and therefore clean your lymph system more efficiently.

Try to take a walk in the nature, practice, meditate, read and make sure to stay away from all kinds of noises.

TV, cellphones, shopping centers, internet, crowded areas etc. are not preferable as well.

Day 2

Make sure to drink another salted water right after you wake up to clean your colon deeper. It should be easier because there will be no new food in your colon.

Go out and take a light walk and make sure to do a nice sweet stretch before and after.

Before taking another warm bath you can clean the cells of your dead skin by using a brush covered with towel, to stimulate the lymph system:

Drink lemon water (or warm one) as much as you want.

Day 3

Today is all about relaxation.

Maybe you feel a bit weak so try to stay away from any kind of high activity.
Take a short walk if you feel like it and make sure to breath some fresh air.

Drink warm lemon water (or regular one) as much as you want.

If you really have to, eat a tsp of organic virgin coconut oil in order so you can send some fats & calories in your body.

When the time has come to break the fast, take something fresh and natural for the start - like green juice or maybe a fruit one made in monogamous way.

During the next few days, try to eat only raw foods (fruits preferably).

Observe your body and notice how it reacts to food you consume. Intake different groceries in 72 hour windows and see which one of them has a negative impact on you (if you were sensitive before).

What Can You Expect

Negatives (not necessarily):

  • Headaches: esp if you consumed caffeine
  • Weakness: reduce high activity & exercise
  • Hunger: drink as much lemon water as you can
  • Tiredness: make sure to allocate enough sleep (at least 8 hours)

This is something everyone should consider. You should not be scared and reconsider the fact how body will have more energy when less food is consumed. Contrary to what we've been taught, how we need loads of food to be strong. In reality, the less foods (and better ones) you consume, your body will be at much higher frequency and therefore give you better life quality in every aspect you can imagine. Whenever you might feel like everything is too much, don't forget 1 fast can reset it all. Not only that, if you feel like any sings of cold might be appearing or anything similar, make sure to enter fasting mode and you will be good in as short as 1 day. Fasting is one of the most powerful tools that allows our body to reach ideal conditions for self-regeneration & therefore rejuvenation.
