Our Garden is Giving

Herbs are one of the greatest centers of attraction today....and some lemon cucumbers too.



In preparing a Mouthgasmic Experience for our AirBnB guests,
we included herbs as a focal point of many of our dishes.



We made a chimichurri-style sauce with 6-8 herbs, heavy on the mint, chives and green onions, added garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.



We made a garden fresh tomato, oregano, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic dish too.



We put lots of herbs in our cottage cheese, our dressings and dips, in our kimchi,
used them as garnish, and simply served a freshly chopped version as components to the meal.



The shiso was used today as garnish and an addition to our fresh greens bowl,
and the cucumber slices as a choice for a foundation for a variety of bites.



Utilizing fresh ingredients to create a meal is one of my favorite ways to eat.
I love that I can simply take a walk to the garden and pick whatever I want in the moment.



And create an extraordinary experience with the freshness to share with others.
