Pav Bhaji a tasty fast food of India

Pav Bhaji is a pure vegetarian fast food of India and mostly eat in Maharashtra region (Mumbai) however now it has been common fast food for all Indian. Some days ago I had a chance to eat and which was clocked by my wife. Pav (piece of soft bread) and Bhaji (fried of mix vegetables). Who likes cheese can mix in Pav also to enhance taste. In unavailability of pav I use bread and think that this pav but don't compromise with bhaji.

Always eat pav with hot bhaji you can feel extra taste eating this. Sauce, pickle or extra dishes can be used but this food is famous with Pav Bhaji only.
