👨🍳Chicken Tah-Chin and Eggplant.🍆🍗

Today, I made a delicious dish of Chicken Tah-Chin and Eggplant, I'll share it here.👨🍳
Ingredients:
Materials: | Amount: |

Rice | 250 g |
Chicken or chicken fillet | 250 g |
Eggplant | 300 g |
Yolk | One number |
yogurt | 1/2 cup |
Barberry | A tbsp |
Creamy | 2 tbsp |
Saffron Roasted | Two spoons of soup |
Cinnamon | A teaspoon |
salt and pepper | enough |
How to prepare:
We grind eggplants and Spray the salt. They send black water, which is the bitterness of eggplant.
Fry the eggplants and put them aside.
We chop the chicken breast into small pieces and Roasting with salt and pepper in oil. Finally, add some saffron.
Inside a large bowl, mix yogurt and eggs and cream, saffron and salt.
And then add the rinsed rice and mix well. (Rice is alive, only two or three boils are enough)
We pour the pot of oil and then pour the rice inside it. Eggplant, Cinnamon and Barberry (Roasted with oil and a little sugar) Arrange the rice on order And finally, we'll Pour rice again.
Tah-Chin for two hours, with very little heat to cook. And then decorate with barberry and pistachio slices and we serve.😊

سلام دوستان❣️
امروز غذای بسیار لذیذ تهچین مرغ و بادمجان رو درست کردم اینجا براتون به اشتراک میزارم👨🍳
مواد لازم
برنج 250 گرم
سینه یا فیله مرغ 250 گرم
بادنجان 300 گرم
زرده تخم مرغ یک عدد
ماست 1/2 پیمانه
زرشک یک قاشق غذاخوری
خامه 2 قاشق غذاخوری
زعفران دم کرده غلیظ دو قاشق سوپ خوری
دارچین یک قاشق چای خوری
نمک و فلفل مقداریبادمجانهارو خرد میکنیم و نمک میپاشیم.آب سیاهی پس میده که همون تلخی بادمجان.بادمجانهارو سرخ میکنیم و کنار میزاریم.سینه مرغ رو به قطعات کوچیک خرد میکنیم و با نمک و فلفل در روغن تفت میدیم و در آخر کمی زعفران اضافه میکنیم.
تو یه کاسه بزرگ ماست و تخم مرغ و خامه و زعفران و نمک رو مخلوط میکنیم.و کم کم برنج آبکش شده رو اضافه میکنیم و خوب مخلوط میکنیم.(برنج رو زنده بردارید فقط دو سه جوش بزنه کافیه)
کف قابلمه رو روغن میریزیم و بعد برنج رو میریزم و بادنجان و دارچین و زرشک(تفت داده شده با روغن و کمی شکر) رو به ترتیب روی برنج میچینیم و در آخر دوباره برنج میریزیم.
تهچین رو به مدت دو ساعت با حرارت خیلی کم دم میزاریم.و بعد با زرشک و خلال پسته تزیین میکنیم و نوش جان میکنیم 😊
