Cooking with @fat-elvis - Wing night
Hi foodies.
It's wing night at the @fat-elvis house. Why not pop on over for a bite.
I start by brining my wings, usually a few hours, water, salt, and vinegar. It just makes them better, and it's all about building flavour. I mean you could just cut them up, chuck them in the oven or a deep fryer, and slather on your favorite sauce, but why not do a bit more, just a bit, and next time do a bit more again.
What you'll find is pretty soon, you're cooking fantastic meals, and enjoying it. And experiment, that's what I do. I never make the same exact thing twice, I always find a way to change a recipe.
So let's cook these kids on the smoker instead of frying them.
Look at the flavour being built!
I want to paint my wings with a sauce, while they're smoking.
So we need a sauce. Mix this stuff together and it might be good?
Well, turns out It's OK, but I added some real heat with some real hot sauce, cause I like it.
Get them all painted with sauce.
After about 30 minutes smoking at 375 degrees.
I mean, come on. That looks frickin delicious. So get cooking steemit, just do it.
aint you ever seen king of the hill ? Hank says got to taste the meat not the heat lol propane baby
Oh, that looks so tasty!

No Ranch anything for me. YUK
Im not a fan either of ranch dressing on its own. But it make a sauce with other stuff. Mayo would sure work too. Frig why didn't I use mayo, it's so much better. Dammit.
I am a breast man myself.
However, I will admit that these wings look really good.
What's everyone else going to eat?
