Lechon
Lechon is famous in the Philippines. In most regions in the Philippines, lechon is prepared throughout the year for any occassion such as fiesta,birthdays, weddings, anniversaries etc. During festivals and any other occassions, the activities would not be complete without this.
Some may request it especially those who worked outside the country. Lechon is the best if tasted in the Philippines.
