Today I bring a rich dessert suitable for anyone, especially celiacs because it does not contain gluten, in addition to offering great nutritional advantages, has a good portion of tofu that offers us enough protein and magic cocoa that gives us excellent antioxidant properties, today we will prepare a rich vegan flan of cocoa and tofu, more and more presentations of healthy food for the vegan community.

This is another recipe in which we will include the fabulous agar agar that allows us to have a texture almost identical to gelatines or similar dishes, and the best of all this product is of vegetable origin so do not worry about consistency, goodbye eggs and milk forever.

In addition, this recipe does not need to be prepared in the oven.

(for 2 portions):

♡ 250 g of tofu silken

♡ 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder

♡ 2 tablespoons agave syrup

♡ 1 teaspoon of agar agar powder

♡ 2 tablespoons soy milk

♡ 2 tablespoons pure cocoa powder

♡ Approx. 2 tablespoons water

♡ Crushed hazelnuts

Total: 5hours

Heat the vegetable milk a little on the heat or in the microwave.
Our first step in making this delicious flan will be to add the agar agar mixture until it melts. We only have to stir insistently.

Then with the help of a mixer we will add the tofu, our cocoa and some agave syrup, we will crush until we have a creamy mixture, make sure there is no lumps, if you have a Thermomix the work will be even faster and safer.
We will choose our best silicone molds and we will pour in each one, then we will take to the refrigerator for a lapse of 5 hours.

Once finished the hours in the refrigerator we will take out, first we will verify if the flan this compact, we will put a plate on top to give it the turn and to unmold it with facility. I recommend demoulding it in a gentle and delicate way, we do not want the flan to spoil.
