My five types of summer squash are producing nicely all ready. They are from right to left:

I posted my inventory and within a few hours all 30 pounds were picked up. The larger of the buyers is the largest and nicest hotel in Spokane, The Davenport Grand in downtown. They have been a regular purchaser of my produce which largely goes to their banquet room. Last year my first squash sale happened on July 17th and I delivered only 20 pounds on that delivery. So this year looks like I may do a bit better than my 650 pounds that I sold in 2017.

Today is my first day of picking beans as the Velour Purple French Fillet or Haricot Verts are ready. This puts me up 11 days ahead of last year. The hardest part now is to keep myself motivated to keep on top of the picking so I can maximize the harvest and thus my sales. Last year I sold 400 pounds of beans and this year I have more rows so I should easily clear the 500 pound mark.
