Labneh with spring potatoes
Spring potatoes, spring potatoes,
You’re so illegally delicious. Please stop me from eating only potatoes! If I could have them for breakfast also, I would. But I’m not used to having potatoes at the first meal of the day.
I bought some labneh the other day and thought that this goes perfectly with the new potatoes. Perfect dip!
Bake the potatoes with salt, pepper and some olive oil.
Mix the labneh with chopped cucumbers, garlic powder and of course, salt and pepper.
Prepare your taste buds!
