We Call it - 'Murabba'!!

Hi Friends... Here is another food item, a yummy, sweet side-dish, to have with Roties, Chapathies, Dosa, or even Bread!

We call it Murabba... It's made mainly using fruits like Mango or Pineapple. My mom and grandma used to make this with Gooseberry and star fruits also!!...

Here I am trying it with Mango and Banana.

To start with we need...
Mango - 1
Banana - 2
Jaggery powder - 1cup.
Cardamom (powdered).

Take a pan or Kadai and boil the jaggery powder along with half cup of water. When it starts boiling, add the fruit pieces, and bring it to boil again. Let it boil on low flame for 2 minutes. Now add cardamom powder and allow it to cool.

Note: Here it tastes great if the Mango is bit sour. If the Mango is very sweet, then it's better to add the juice of half lemon (1 tea spoon full), when it starts boiling.

This Murabba tastes so yummy and children will surely love it to eat with Roties, Chapathies, Dosa or even with white plain bread!
