Head on Garlic Shrimp

Recipie:

2 tablespoons Crushed Garlic
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Red Chile Flake

1/4 cup Butter
10-15 Head of Shrimp

4 large sprigs of Parsley

Easiest version of the recipie is to add all the garlic and spices to a hot pan and get the garlic slightly browned. Throw in the butter and let it bubble up slightly before throwing all the shrimp in. Let them sit for 1-2 mins a side. Then continue to toss to your preferred crispiness or doneness.

Throw in chopped parsley in the last minute to make it aromatic without over cooking the herbs.
