Breakfast proposal. Aloe porridge with banana! By @giosou.
Hi all !
This is a proposal for a healthy and powerful breakfast .
You will need:
1 deep pot
A blender
1 big leaf of aloe vera(if you have your own plant it's even better)
1 banana
1 small spoon of pure honey(If you like it more sweet) and a bit of cinnamon
1 glass of water(about 200ml depends how thick you want it) .
Process:
Take the gel out of the aloe leaf
Put in the pot
Put a banana in it
Put a little cinnamon
Throw the 1 glass of water
Blend them all .
Alternatively, if you like oats put it first in the pot , throw 1+1/2 glass of boiled water . Let it rest for 15-20'. Then put the rest of the ingredients and blend them.

Πολύ καλό σε βρίσκω.
Τρώω πιο συχνά το Καλοκαίρι αυτό το πρωϊνό . Ίσως επειδή χρειάζομαι περισσότερα υγρά..
Here I am who couldn't resist not looking at this at almost 1 am, making me hungry. 😄 Maybe I should try to add some aloes too on some recipes, indeed a healthy breakfast you had there.
