Does everyone know that you can actually make a great snack out of mushroom?? Today I’m sharing with lovely people out there, easy snack recipe which is crispy deep fried mushroom, is basically I’m covering the mushroom in a batter and deep fry them, I was using white enoki mushroom that I found it in one of the store in my town.

So, this is was one of the “must snack” to get whenever I go to the mall or any food stalls, back home when I was still living in Indonesia.
so, since this is a very typical Asian foods, of course is difficult to find it here in Canada, otherwise you just gotta to make it yourself. So, I did not think twice to get this mushroom when I saw it in the store about a week ago. Honestly I was so craving for it.

And, since this is the first time I try to make it myself, I had to search on google and find out how to make crispy deep mushroom. It’s pretty easy, and I was so happy that it turn out good!

Mix all the remaining ingredients for butter. when the batter is ready deep in the mushroom into the batter.
Last, deep fry them in medium heat till it turns golden brown.

Enjoy the fried mushroom while it’s hot, and you can serve it with whatever sauce you like, whether is mayo, tomato sauce, or any spicy sauce.

thanks for stopping by, and I’m little bit so upset that I didn’t take pictures while I was frying them up. I wasn’t feeling that great and didn’t focus enough to take more pictures. But I’ll definitely do better on my next recipe.

One more time, big thanks for stopping by.
comments and critics are welcome in order to make my blog better in the future!

Till next time!
❤️

Are you originally from Indonesia? My in-laws were born there! :) But then they moved to The Netherlands. Oh, I love Indonesian food but I didn't know about frying of these mushrooms. I'll ask my mother-in-law next time when I'm there.

Thank you for sharing and have a lovely Sunday!
