Breakfast with ricotta!

Necessary products:
250 grams of ricotta
1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
5 tablespoons of flour
1 tablespoon of frying oil
Preparation:
Mix all products without the flour very well. Finally, add the flour.
Lubricate with a little oil a non-stick coated pan and place in several places of the dough. Shape slightly with the back of the spoon.
Fry at a very low temperature on both sides.
Serve with your favorite jam or raspberries.
