How to prepare Raw brownie cake with caramel and chocolate
Raw brownie cake with caramel and chocolate recipe.
Necessary products:
For the Brownie layer:
80 grams of walnuts
180 grams of peeled almonds, ground
1 pinch of salt
20 grams of flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
100 grams of dried dates
150 grams of dried soft figs
50 grams of natural syrup of dates
4-5 tablespoons of water
For the caramel layer:
250 grams of dried dates
2 dried prunes
70 grams of almond paste
50 grams of hazelnut oil
1 pinch of salt
100 ml of water
For chocolate glaze:
130 grams of coconut oil
60 grams of maple syrup
40 grams of natural syrup of dates
50 grams of natural cocoa powder
natural cocoa powder for sprinkling, fruit and walnuts for decoration
Preparation:
Grind walnuts and almonds in a blender. Pour them into a bowl.
Add salt, flour and cinnamon, stir.
Then put the dates and figs in the blender with the syrup of dates and a little water. Grind them in a few minutes.
Mix well the resulting sticky meal with the ground nuts and spread them with wet hands on an even swamp on a shape with a removable ring. The diameter of my shape was 20 centimeters. Observe the baking paper that has to protrude from the mold so you can easily remove it later.
Put the shaped brownie layer in the fridge.
For the caramel layer, pour dates and prunes with warm water in a bowl and let them cool for 15 minutes. Then divide them together with the almond paste, a pinch of salt, hazelnut cream and water in a blender to a smooth mixture.
Divide the caramel evenly over brownish swamps and return the shape back to the refrigerator.
For the chocolate layer, melt the coconut oil if it is solid. Add to it the maple syrup, dates syrup and powdered cocoa, stir to a smooth consistency. Then pour the glaze over the caramel and store the raw brownies in the fridge. The chocolate coating should not be hot, so as not to soften the caramel too, it should be at room temperature.
After 2-3 hours, remove the brownout from the mold and gently remove the baking paper. Place it on a suitable serving dish, sprinkle it with natural cocoa powder and decorate with pecans and fruit walnuts.
