Liver cheese with fried egg and fried potato a hearty snack
Hello Steemians today I would like to introduce a relatively simple lunch or snack to you, now and then I eat this again quite gladly.
Ingredients:
1 slice of meat loaf
3 - 4 pre-cooked potatoes
2 eggs
salt, pepper and a pinch of hot paprika
Herbs as desired (thyme, marjoram etc)
2 small tomatoes
Preparation:
In a large pan, fry the liver cheese and the eggs simultaneously in some vegetable oil, season slightly with salt and paprika. In another pan, fry the sliced potatoes, season with salt, pepper and the herbs. If you like, you can also add some marbled bacon, diced into small cubes, just before everything is done frying, I add a piece of butter to each pan. When everything is fried, arrange, garnish with the tomatoes and serve.
My bay also fits very well. Potato salad. Enjoy your meal.
