Truffle Cheese Pasta for Dinner Last Night

I had this wonderfully delicate Truffle Cheese Pasta.

The simplest way to put it is that it was Mac and Cheese on steroids.

Can't eat too much of it as it is so awesomely rich it will probably make me fat.
