RM20 fine dining lunch

If you want to have a fine dining but have limited budget, how? come to Tunku Abdul Rahman College find "The Root" restaurant , here they are training the student in Food & Beverage industry. This is what they have for today lunch . They only serve lunch on weekday normally. I remember unless got some special occasion only than it will open on weekend.
