well I just want to dedicate a food or a typical cake aceh that I enjoy at the place of the opening of a new store.

timpan

timmpan is a cake made by aceh people which is very popular among aceh province of indonesia.

timphan made with various preparations and materials.

the ingredients are
1 flour
2 bananas
3 sugar
4 steamed coconut
and how it is made.
we first put the flour and mix it with the peeled banana, then we stir it until it is flat and half hard and after that we provide the banana leaf that has been cut into pieces and mengbil the flour that has been flat in stir and round it like a plate on a banana leaf that had been cut into the rectangle.
after that we tarok at ats of flour is the coconut that has been in the steamed and then wrap and wrap it with banana leaf, setelqh everything is finished then we put it into the pot and seize it. the process of rwbusan takes up to 2 hours duration
demikin the process of timpan gassing.

the process of manufacture

the process of making it is cooking like we cook regular rice
