Let's begin with alcohol

Why shut we use alcohol?

  • It's a way to connect so people have something in common
  • It releases dopamine (the feel-good chemical)
  • Cortisol decreases (Stress goes down)

What happens to us after drinking alcohol

  • Potassium gets lower the more we take alcohol
  • Glutamine levels decreases which result in muscles break down

Alcohol is an accepted drugs, with lots of risks many people have no idea of. It's never good in any way to consume alcohol. It's drugs and it bad for your health. People should be more careful with it ;)

@carlschrijft Destructive behavior to please your surroundings, Doesn't sound pretty healthy indeed.
As long we have control of our own emotions and have balance in our lives. People will continue to evolve into better beings.

The problem with alcohol is not only what you see on the outside, like getting drunk, which can be funny in some ways and also very destructive, the biggest hurt lies inside where all organs slowely are destroyed by alcohol. It's something not many people realize untill it's too late.
