Good evening all! Hope your weekend is going well. This morning I took a ride up to Holbrook Farm in Bethel, Connecticut, to grab breakfast from the Eat Justice Food Truck. I ordered a "Bodega" breakfast sandwich and a cold brew coffee. The Bodega consists of North Country Applewood Bacon, American Cheese, Over Easy Eggs and Spicy Ketchup on a Kaiser Roll. As you can see from the photo, it's a phenomenal sandwich and it's always a great start to the day.
