Chinese rice in the best Venezuelan style

Hello friends I hope you are well, at home we decided to prepare a Chinese rice but in the style of my country, we gathered all the ingredients was an arduous task since in Venezuela there are many shortages, we had to go to several places but we managed to get everything we needed and it was worth it because the rice was very tasty

I share the ingredients:

  • Ham.
  • Carrot.
  • Onion
  • scallions
  • Garlic (garlic peeled and liquefied)
  • Chili pepper (we also pass it through the blender)
  • Prawns.
  • Adobo or the species that they like.
  • Germinated.
  • 2 kilos of rice.
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • Chicken (parboiled and chopped)
  • Soy sauce.

Preparation:

We prepare the rice the day before, in a large cauldron with a little oil we start to fry the ham, once ready we place it in a cup, then fry the shrimp and reserve, then the onion and the already caramelized garlic the onion the carrot and the chili, we are stirring with a wooden palette, we incorporate the ham, the shrimp and the chicken, season with the marinade the soy sauce and salt all this to taste. We remove well and incorporate germinated the amount we want, stir until everything is incorporated.

Remove from heat, let rest a bit and then incorporate the rice and chives, put more soy sauce and incorporate everything very well.

This is our way of making Venezuelan-style Chinese rice, each family makes it different. We buy all the ingredients calculating for the two kilos of rice.
