Hot Tomato Cafe and Grill is a casual western dining restaurant with several outlets in Singapore island. It offers good quality steak and other grills as well as a pleasant service.

Top Sirloin Steak 顶级西冷牛排 ( 250g, S$16.90 )

Honestly speaking, I am a sirloin steak lover. This prime cut of sirloin steak is comparable to some popular steak joints. The tight texture makes it more juicer and more tender than normal sirloin options. You may dip it into black pepper sauce provided. Ciabatta toast, fries, corn and house salad adorne the sides. And I prefer the meidum done for my sirloin.

我最喜欢的牛排种类就是西冷了，这块5分熟西冷厚厚一大块，鲜嫩多汁，觉得味道不够的话还可以沾黑胡椒汁。这个套餐很大方，还有脆皮意式烤面包、薯条、玉米和蔬菜沙拉。

Steak and Prawn 牛排和烤虾 ( S$13.90 )

Grilled steak and prawn served with romaine lettuce salad and aglio olio pasta. Medium done is a bit over-cooked for the normal steak and I would suggest medium rare done.

这份牛排和烤虾包含了一块菲力牛排、虾、生菜沙拉和蒜香橄榄油意面，菲力牛排我建议3分熟就好了。
