How to make Mango Kulfa Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Mango Puree 1/2 kg (Use 4 Mango).
  2. Milk 1 Litre.
  3. Sugar 1 Cup.
  4. Fresh Cream 200ml.
  5. Khoya/Mawa 1 Cup.
  6. Corn Flour 2 tbsp.
  7. Yellow Color 1/4 tsp.
  8. Pistachio 1 tbsp (Chopped).
  9. Green Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp.

Steps to make Recipe:

Step 1: Take a pot/pan and add milk and boil it for 5 minutes on high flame and then add sugar and again cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame with stir.

**Stage 2: ** After that include Green Cardamom Powder, Pistachio and mix it and afterward take a bowl and include Corn Flour, Yellow Color and include 2 tbsp drain and blend it well and place it into drain and mix it well and after that include Khoya/Mawa and blend it well until the point that it liquefied and utilize medium to low fire here.

Stage 3: After that side road the fire and abandon it into room temperature until the point that it progress toward becoming into typical temperature.

Stage 4: After that include new cream and whisk it well and afterward include Mango Puree and again whisk it well. Your kulfa player is prepared. Presently take a hermetically sealed compartment and put this all player and cover it and stop it for multi day in cooler.

Stage 5: After multi day expel the cover and cut it into little pieces and serve it with sprinkle hacked Pistachio.

This looks and sounds wonderful. The khoya seems to be quite involved to make at home. Hopefully, I can find it in one of our international grocery stores in Nashville!
