Beef Fajitas with Corn Tortillas

I stopped for lunch today at a Mexican restaurant that I really enjoy. I am on the road away from home this weekend, and I like to eat authentic Mexican food occasionally.

I ordered beef fajitas with corn tortillas. They were served with pico de gallo, guacamole, grilled jalapeno peppers, and re-fried beans and rice, While I was waiting on my lunch order, I was served complimentary warm tortilla chips with fire roasted salsa and barracho beans.

Some food just sticks to your ribs as the saying goes.
