I love roasted veggies, sometimes roasted broccoli, asparagus or cauliflower, depending on the mood and craving! This time I really wanted cauliflower. I roasted it in the oven after seasoning it with no salt organic seasoning from Costco, salt, pepper and olive oil. I also sprinkled half prepared cauliflower with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Turned out so fragrant and delicious! And importantly, it’s s healthy snack! Try it, you will love it!
