** Rich coconut preserves **

Greetings my people of steemit today I want to teach you the necessary steps to make some delicious traditional coconut preserves from my Venezuela.

Gather the following ingredients

  • 1 kilo of paper (in small pieces)

  • 50 grams of cassava (in pieces)

  • 3 coconuts, or 1 kilo of coconut pulp

  • 2 liters of milk

For your preparation you should start with

Split the coconuts with a hammer, then you must remove all the water and peel to discard all the dark part, proceed to grate the coconut. Also peel the celery and cut it. In another bowl put the cassava to soak in the milk and finely crush it with a fork.

Then, take the pieces of paper, plus all the previous ingredients and place them in a pot over high heat. After 18 minutes, when it starts to boil, continue stirring with non-circular movements until you have a dough that comes off the pot completely.

Pour the final preparation in a glass container or on a tray, let it rest until it cools and then cut it in the way you want and you will obtain your rich preserves.
