Cooling off with a nice Pasta Salad

On hot days like today, something cold for dinner sounds perfect. And so a nice variation of a Mediterranean Pasta Salad is on tonight's meal.

Starting off with the salad, we got a nice ripe salad tomato, English cucumber, and a red onion.

Some fresh white cheese (crumble by hand), garlic (crushed), and salami (quarter up).

Mixing the ingredients all together, carefully.

Adding the liquids of apple vinegar and olive oil along with some sea salt and black pepper. we are ready to eat.
