Lunch .... Veggy Pasta....delicious

Lots and lots of fresh crushed garlic in olive oil and butter. Toss in cut veggies. We used cubed zucchini, shredded carrots, red onions, tomatoes. Let them cook up a little. Add the cooked pasta and toss in some fresh spinach and basil...allow it to steam up a bit more. Splash in some white pepper powder, onion powder, and roasted garlic powder. Mix well. Add cheese. Plate it then add some more fresh tomatoes on top. Yum.

Some freshly harvested ground cherries for dessert. Yum. Fresh.
