[Korean Food Introduction #70] Mugeunji-Jeyug-Bokkeum
I am posting at steemit in Korea, and I would like to introduce you Korean food that Koreans enjoy.
This is the 70th introduction to Korean food. Today I will introduce Mugeunji-Jeyug-Bokkeum.
Mugeunji refers to kimchi made in the winter and aged for a long time. In Korea, Mugeunji is the main ingredient, making a lot of stew, stir.
◎ Mugeunji-Jeyug-Bokkeum
◆ Food Ingredients
: Mugeunji, pork, chopped green onion, small water (7 tablespoons soy sauce, 5 tablespoons red pepper powder, 3 tablespoons of garlic, 4 tablespoons sugar)
◆ Recipe
01 . Add both meat and sauce and mix well.
02 . Add seasoned meat and stir-fry on high heat.
03 . When the meat is ripe, put the kimchi andstir-fry it together. Put the kimchi and adjust it to medium fire.
04 . Stir-fry well until kimchi is ripe. If there are not any water in the pot, adjust it with a little water.
05 . When the ingredients are all ripe, sesame oil and sesame are sprinkled.

I prepared fresh vegetables together.
