Pinaypay #Ulog Pinoy Snacks
Since bananas can be found easily in the market. My sister-in-law decided to cooked "Pinaypay" or "Maruya" in Tagalog. Cooking it is easy. The ingrediets are saging saba, 2cups of flour, white sugar, two eggs, 1cup of water and oil or butter if you prefer to use. Mix all the flour, eggs and sugar. Slice the banana into thin slices, then deep it to the flour mixture. Last, fry it to the pan. If it turns golden brown, you can flip the other side. It is called pinaypay because it is sliced like a fan. It is an affordable and crispy snacks. Our plate was sponsored by fighter wine. Haha. They are giving some free plates for their suking tindahan. My sister-in-law has a sari sari store in the province.
