Juicy Kiwi
Kiwi is a very tasty and healthy fruit. This fruit is sometimes called Chinese gooseberry. Today, kiwi plantations can be found in many countries, in particular in Italy, Spain, Greece, Japan, and the USA. Due to such vast geography, this fresh fruit can be present all year round in our diet. Kiwi contains a large amount of vitamins. But in this case, its difference from other fruits is that most of them are not destroyed when canned. This is due to a certain acidity of the fruit pulp, which contributes to the safety of beneficial elements.
First, kiwi is rich in vitamin C, it is much more in it than in citrus fruits or bell peppers. Secondly, it has vitamin E. Kiwi, however, can be combined with any diet. Thirdly, kiwi fruit belongs to the small category of products containing vitamin B9 (folic acid) and B6 (pyridoxine). The content of folic acid kiwi is second only to broccoli - the richest plant source of this vitamin.
In addition to vitamins, kiwi contains micro and macro elements. To trace elements include: iron, zinc, iodine, manganese, and so on. A unique enzyme, actinidin, was also found in kiwi. It breaks down proteins, normalizes the level of blood clotting and has a stimulating effect on the human digestive system.
If you describe the taste of kiwi, then everyone feels something in him. It can be a gooseberry, apple, pineapple, banana, melon and even strawberry aroma.
