Menu: sausages, salad, peppers and cheese.

Hello steemians, I upload a simple recipe that towards my mother.
Fresh sausages with tomato onions and wine.
First heat the oil, not much, while cutting onions and tomatoes.

Fry the onion first a little and then add the tomato and leave a few minutes, add the sausages.

Let them sauté and add salt, pepper, turmeric and oregano, then cover with white wine, we can replace it with water, broth or beer.

We leave about ten minutes or so depends if we like to have some sauce left.

As a side dish I made roasted pepper salad, I bought them already roasted, it is easy to roast them, but these ones that I buy well are very good and you save time. And for dessert, white cheese with honey, nuts and plums.

Ready.
