Is it an omelet? Is it an egg sandwich? What is it?!
I'm just being silly. This is just something I made that is essentially an omelet, but I made it extra fluffy by adding heavy whipping cream, but then intentionally sort of overcooking it to make it a little tougher. The "filling" was cooked breakfast sausage and shredded cheese. Topped with some Frank's Red Hot, of course. Delicious! It's not much different than what I normally eat, but I just like to vary slightly the manner in which I cook my eggs, to keep it interesting.

Put some cheese on it! For that extra keto goodness! Haven't been on keto for a while... doing IF atm with carb backloading, which means i eat only from 4-midnight, i workout at night and after the workout i eat a good amount of carbs!

Wowww, looks yummy....Try using Gram Flour or Chickpeas Flour and fry it well. It makes it crispy and very tasty to eat :)
