FoodPorn: Late Night Foodies
This is how we do it once in a while , doing some delicious food delicacy foodies with all the expected healthy balance diet cooked ingredients to make the body look smoothie for long life and better still prolong the shelf lifestyle of an individual.
What Could This Be?
This is a freshly prepared mix Vegetable soup with chicken lap. It is called mix Vegetable because it is prepared using different Vegetable sources. We have the African Spinach, we have the Locally called Efo Soko also called Lagos Spinach.
Ingredients Used.
- Vegetables: African Spinach and Lagos Spinach.
- Red oil,
- Pepper
- Onions
- Locust beans
- Half Chicken lap
- Curry
- Knife
- Clean pot
- Two hand bowls
