Steak quesadilla (copy cat Taco Bell quesadillas)

To make sauce-
1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons minced jalapenos, slices
2 teaspoons jalapeno juice, from minced jalepenos
3⁄4 teaspoon sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash salt
Once you have the sauce mixed up set in the fridge for a few mins
Get 4 flour tortillas, heat skillet to medium with oil
Spread a layer of sauce over the tortilla, place a few pieces of steak on top and put a generous amount of cheese (I like extra cheese!)
Fry until they are nice and crispy.
Enjoy with sour cream or plain. (Depending home much jalapeño you put in it it may be spicer )
You won’t ever have to buy fast food quesadillas again!
